Description:
Base player Eddie Jones was one of my favorite players, a real
gentlemen who anchored the Count Basie
band for seven years.
He was a Howard University graduate and vice president of a major
insurance company. When he retired he came back to the music. This
image was made in 1960, New York City.
Prints are 11"x14" or 16"x20"
Each silver gelatin print is handmade and signed by Herb Snitzer.
